4) Speed
5) Power
6) Kiai
1) Each student will be asked to perform the following:
A) Fore Arm Elbow Strike (Both Arms)
B) Upward Elbow Strike (Both Arms)
C) Downward Elbow Strike (Both Arms)
D) Middle Rear Elbow Strike
E) High Rear Elbow Strike
2) MUST KNOW KICK RUN #1
Back Right Front Stance: 1. (right) Front Snap Kick, 2. (right) Front Snap Kick Stepping
Forward, 3. (right) Skip Front Foot Snap Kick into a Back Left Front Stance, 4. (left) Back Foot
Turning Roundhouse Kick Stepping Forward into a Side Stance, 5. (left) Skip Front Foot
Roundhouse Kick into a Front Stance, 6. (right) Back Foot Turning Side Kick Stepping Forward
into a Side Stance, 7. (right) Stepping Side Kick into a Front Stance, 8. Back Foot (left) Inside
Crescent Kick Stepping Forward into a Front Stance, 9. (right) Turning Back Kick Stepping
Forward, 10. (right) Stepping Back Kick
