Dear Supervisor Antonovich:

As always, I am grateful for your previous help in matters raised in my complaints to Sheriff Lee Baca.
Absent your assistance I had been unable to get any written response at all. I therefore further kindly
request that you please take notice of complaints filed and re-filed now, together with requests for help
by Office of the Ombudsman, following generous offer of help by Ombudsman Maxberry:

COMPLAINT #1: False arrest and booking data for the falsely hospitalized Attorney
Richard Fine, which the Sheriffs Department refused to correct.

COMPLAINT #2: False or Missing Information Regarding Arrest and Booking of

Numerous Inmates Held by the Sheriffs Department

COMPLAINT #3: False Hospitalizations With No Probable Medical Cause, Appearing As

Cover Up For False Imprisonments.

COMPLAINT #4: Alleged widespread corruption in bail/bond operations

Surely, you realize that I have taken substantial personal risks, and numerous threats on my life have
been issued in recent years, directly, or indirectly. Attention of your good offices to these matters would
therefore also reassure me of the safety of my ongoing residence in Los Angeles County, California.

Estimado Antonovich Supervisor:

Como siempre, estoy agradecido por su ayuda anterior en las cuestiones planteadas en mis quejas al sheriff,
Lee Baca. En ausencia de su ayuda yo no había podido obtener ninguna respuesta por escrito a todos. Por lo
tanto, más ruego que por favor tome nota de las denuncias presentadas y volverse a presentar ahora, junto con
las solicitudes de ayuda por la Oficina del Defensor del Pueblo, tras la generosa oferta de ayuda por el
Defensor del Pueblo Maxberry:

DENUNCIA # 1: Detención ilegal y los datos de la reserva para el falsamente hospitalizados

Fiscal Richard Fine, que el Departamento del Sheriff se negaron a corregir.

DENUNCIA # 2: Información falsa o incompleta respecto de la detención y la Reserva deNumerosos

reclusos bajo custodia del Departamento del Sheriff

DENUNCIA # 3: Hospitalizaciones Falso sin causa médica probable, que aparece comoEncubrir falsos
encarcelamientos.

DENUNCIA # 4: Presunta corrupción generalizada en libertad bajo fianza y operaciones de bonos

Seguramente, te das cuenta de que he tomado considerables riesgos personales, y de numerosas amenazas en
mi vida han sido emitidos en los últimos años, directa o indirectamente. Atención de sus buenos oficios a estas
cuestiones por lo tanto, también me tranquiliza de la seguridad de mi residencia actual en Los Angeles
County, California.
