Ethical Belief Statement:
I believe that all students should be provided with an educational experience that
prepares them for the high demands of their future. It is essential for educational
leaders to make strides to put quality education as the top priority and ensure that
educators receive the support necessary to ensure effective instruction that
promotes high academic achievement. It is difficult to meet the needs of all
learners but it is imperative that educational institutions provide all students with
the necessary support and resources to find academic excellence. Balanced
leadership empowers educators and support staff to take initiatives to promote
success and leaders must monitor success and constantly search for ways to better
the educational practices of all staff. It is important that effective leaders search
for ways to build community and family relationships that foster a positive
relationship that is conduicive to building a school that has a positive culture which
promotes learning and innovative programs.
