Personal Injury Solicitor

Southport

Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious personal injury solicitor to join a
forward thinking claimant practice. This role would suit a solicitor looking for a new
challenge in a rapidly growing and changing organisation. You should be highly
motivated and be able to balance exceptional client care whilst being aware of
commercial considerations. A minimum of 8 years PQE in personal injury, RTA and
EL/PL is required.
You will be required to analyse evidence, prepare court documents and attend
conferences on a variety of personal injury cases resulting from both RTA and EL/PL.
Excellent client care skills are essential and supervisory experience would be
preferable as you would be involved in developing other team members.
You will require in-depth knowledge and experience of

Managing your own case load of pre and post litigated matters from instruction
to completion
High value cases to include paraplegia, brain injury, spinal injury and
amputation.
