Secretary
Company secretaries are responsible for ensuring that an organisation complies with standard

Financial Officer
The duties of a financial officer are an important part of the operation for any organization, non-
profit or commercial. The financial officer is the person who controls the spending, and
sometimes the funding, of an operation.

Data Encoder
Alternately called a data entry operator or clerk, an encoder provides verification and
preparation of electronic documents in a variety of workplace settings. Typically a part of an
organization's support staff, the encoder is responsible for supplying accurate documentation that
may be part of a billing, patient, and inventory or customer service capacity.

Accountant
Accountants carry the primary responsibility for financial records, making sure the appropriate
taxes are paid by federal and state deadlines; oversee efficient use of funds and related tasks.
They may work with individuals, major corporations and/or small businesses.

Requirements:
 Must be a college graduate. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
 Have 3 years experienced in work
 Has a professional attitude
 Willing work with others
