About our company

Sunbizsolutions established with 20 employees and now have a strong

workforce with two hundred plus members. We have been delivering our targets
consistently since our existence, we carry business ethics and employee respect
as main aspect of integrity in our organization. The Founder come chairman of
the organization being a multi-tasker is himself a DRA certified. The mode of
operation is from the grass root level and he takes the onus of each and every
account.

What sets Sunbizsolutions apart is that we recover bad Debts for banking
sector across Karnataka. We also travel out of cities like Davanagere, Tumkur,
Bidadi & Mysore with proper security and local help to recover the dues. We
have helped the banks to achieve their business objective, by providing
innovative.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Sunbizsolutions is located in the heart of the city, just 4 to 5 Kms away

from most of the multinational Banks and Financial Institutions. The
Company has about 100 Field Executives and 100 Tele callers added to
which a Senior Manager who is responsible for immediate coordination
with the Banks and four Back-end Staffs. We ensure that all the statutory
payments to the State Government are made in time and is also
responsible for all audit compliance. Sunbizsolutions is also equipped
with security systems & other facilities.

FIELD RECOVERY EXECUTIVE

Seeking a strategic & Enthusiastic employees to Create and articulate the
company’s product vision and product road map to build company
revenue, efficiency and exceptional customer experience.

 Visiting directly to the client home for collections and recovery of the due
payments.
 Maintaining healthy relationship with customers.
 Will be working on targets
 Must be flexible, so that can adjust with the organization structures and process
 Ready to work under pressure.
 Keep on track of customer to recover the payment.
 Educating customers about the draw backs of not repaying loans and converting
their mind-set towards making payments.
 Must be willing to work in the field.
 Minimum qualification: Graduation.

Basic requirements include:

 Must be willing to work with team members.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES (VOICE PROCESS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Calling Regular to customer for the recovery of payments.

 Maintaining healthy relationship with the customers.
 Educating customer about their Cibil score.
 Willingness to take the challenges.
 Keeping repo with the customers till collecting their recovery amount.
 Taking appointment from clients to send the FE’S for the recovery of payment.

Basic requirements includes:

 Basic knowledge on excel.

 Must be willing to work with team members.
 Languages known: Kannada, English.
 Command over the verbal linguistic.
 Minimum qualification: Graduation

Gender type: male/ female

Salary: INR 1,20,000 PA, onwards (Attractive incentives will be there)
