Role and Responsibility


 Worked as the leader of various bank's prestigious operations team, I oversee the LC, Export Lodgment/Finance/Inward and
Outward Teams, managing a staff 20-75 FTEs with high business valuations.
 I take pride in delivering exceptional productivity results, with my team achieving 55 percent higher productivity than peers,
and 20 percent better than market standards.
 My key responsibilities include ensuring process delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements, maintaining service
quality, and engaging clients regularly to better understand their requirements. I address client escalations/issues, building
positive relationships with them to optimize outcomes.
 I conduct regular meetings with clients and my team, empowering my team to comply with internal policies and legal

 Implemented a cost-effective initiative by hiring college students for projects at the bank. These students were utilized to
share real-time workload and then became trained candidates available for future hiring within the team.
 Streamlined multiple processes in alignment with market standards, resulting in improved customer service and efficiency.
 Identified areas where the bank was lagging behind in system upgrades and communicated cost-saving opportunities to top
management.
 Recognized for achieving 100% work-life balance, resulting in maximum rewards and recognition for team members and the
