About this opportunity

The Head of Project office & Business operation shall create and ensure
Customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Service delivery.
A main purpose of the role to support services sales directly or indirectly via the
unit resources and to understand and align to overall Service Delivery
Processes, Models and Strategies.
This is a role in the line organization (the operational organization), with the
purpose to manage their area of responsibility in line with this instruction.
What you will do
Business Operations (BO): Drive BO and other Service Lines (SL) within
Network Operation on overall strategy to deliver business outcome and financial
target
 Driving for all aspects of NEO business in alignment with MA strategy and
toward the NEO target; ensure effective governance across SL efficiency
 Manage of cross function programs: Cost per site, OLT reduction, process
improvements…
 Driving business KPI: Net sales, cost, UM (unadjusted margin), WCAP
(working capital), profit improvement
 Manage strategic programs, initiatives in conjunction with MA strategic
team
 Coordinate with other SL to improve productivity and quality of delivery
 Support Head of NEO on growth plan, financial forecast and business
analytics
Project Office (PO): Common PO for build and optimize to secure customer
project as one business fulfilment assignment toward customer and internally as
well. Main Objectives are:
 To ensure world class project management; Secure Operational
Excellence in Project end-to-end (E2E) execution on scope, time, cost to
shorten Operational Lead Time and improve Working Capital
 Drive for method and tool & Excellence in Project Management (XLPM)
adherence, establish Digital Project Management and E2E automation.
 To ensure proper and effective project governance according to MOAI
guidelines, compliance to CPM Key Performance Indicators, as well as
expectation towards steering Group and customers
 Build up and grow CPM and PP competence for superior capabilities for
business fulfillment in presales (CFR – contract fulfillment responsible
roles) and project implementation
Resource Management (RM): cross SL resource management to ensure proper
workforce with adequate competence and skill to fulfill business demand
 Bottom-up demand and planning, Headcount planning
 Resource management reporting and analysis to optimize resource
utilization and billability
 Coordinate with SL for resource ram up/ ram down plan according to
project cycle

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements: BSc/MSC, MBA or
equivalent through experience
