VALIDITY
Our offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of one week from the date of our offer and
subject to written confirmation thereafter.
PAYMENT TERMS:
-50% Advanced Payment
-50% after installation
Execution:
-Execution period will be as per project scheduled time.

Warranty:
The equipment would carry warranty of 5 years from the date of commissioning against
manufacturing defects only in Doha.
TERMS AND CONDITION:

1. The prices quoted for equipment/ materials are based on the makes specified
against each. Should an instruction be received at a later stage for a different
make equipment/ material (than the one offered) the difference in prices between
the two makes will be claimed by International Group.
2. Any hold ups/ stoppages in the works for any length of period after mobilization
due to non-availability of fronts to International Group will be considered as
Idling Time
3. Proper lighting and working conditions shall be provided by the client/ Main
contractor.
4. Water, electricity, store, site office shall be provided free of cost.
5. Any safety clearances shall be achieved by Client/ Contractor before
commencing of jobs.
6. Any excavation, backfilling & civil works are not included.
