How can nanotechnology improve and sustain our agricultural community?

You are to research all information relevant to the use of nanotechnology and propose
an innovative way to improve and sustain the agriculture in our local community.

There are three components to the final presentation for this unit:
Written proposal
Visual Aid
Models
What is expected from the written proposal is the following:
State the agricultural problem you will address
Propose a solution that uses nanotechnology and explain how it will work (in
detail)
Include schedules and budget that is realistic for producing the solution
List sources/references that support solution idea
What is expected from the visual aid is the following
Can either aid an oral presentation (PowerPoint, Prezi) or be the presentation
(Public Service Announcement, Podcast, Commercial)
Similar to written proposal, visual aid must
State the problem
Propose a solution
Include schedules and budget
What is expected from the model is the following:
3D model using student-chosen medium (computer, clay, paper, etc.)
Bring nano to life!
1-page summary
Describing how all nano concepts covered in class are related
Describing how you can test your nano-model
Describing the kind of data that would be obtained by using model
