Dear Mr. George Smith,
JAM Insurance is aware that you were working on a claims case that dealt with the euthanization
of 13 healthy dogs at nearby pet store. Unfortunately, we have recently learned that you were the
source of the information leak to a local newspaper reporter of classified client information
concerning details of the situation and names of our clients and their business. Because of this
breach of trust between our company, client, and yourself we have decided your time here at
JAM Insurance as an administrative assistant has been terminated as of today. By violating our
customers privacy you have broken a clearly stated guideline in our companys Code of
Conduct located on page 37 under the Confidentiality section that discusses clientele privacy.
Our customers come first and this kind of behavior undermines our credibility as a trustworthy
company. Here at JAM Insurance, our customers privacy and satisfaction is our number one
priority. This is an essential task for us to uphold to ensure that our company can continue to
grow and maintain its reputation.
Thank you for your time with us here at JAM Insurance. We wish you luck in your future.
Sincerely,

Jacqueline A. Mahaboob
