    THEAGREEMENTBETWEEENTHEPUBLISHERANDTHEAUTHOR

    This agreement is agreed upon by both the parties and made between Foot Print
    Publishers, Jaipur-302015,(herein after referred to as Publisher) of one part, and Murli
    Menon, resident at E/503, BORSALI APT; KHANPUR, AHMEDABAD - 380001 (herein after
    referredtoastheAuthor)oftheotherpart.
    Thetermsofthisagreementare:
    1.

    Thedurationofthisagreementshallcommencefrom1102011.

    2.TheAuthorshallprovidetothePublisher(FootPrintPublishers,Jaipur)his
    EnglishlanguageunpublishedliterarycreationforpublicationinEnglishlanguage.
    3.ThePublishershallpaytotheAuthorforroyaltybasedontheprintedpricei.e.
    10%oftheMRPeveryfinancialyear.10%ofthetotalpublishedbookswillnotbe
    countedforcalculationoftheroyalty.NosuchroyaltyshallbepayabletotheAuthor
    onsuchofthecopiesthataredamagedbyfire,water,termite,orbyaccidentsetc.
    4.ThePublishershalldecidethenumberofcopiestobeprintedandtheprice.
    5.ThePublishershallgifttotheAuthor,25copiesofthefirsteditionofthe
    publishedbookand10copiesatthetimeofeveryreprint/editions.Andincasethe
    Authorrequiresadditionalcopiesforpersonaluse,thePublishershallallowspecial
    discountof50%ofthepublishedprice.ThePublishershallasperhisbusinessnorms
    sendbooksaspresentorforreviewtomagazine,dailiesandalsotofamouswriters
    andanalystsofpublicfiguresandselectedbooksellers.
    6.SolongasthePublisherhasstockof50ormorecopies,theAuthorshallnot
    authorizeanyoneelseforitsneweditionofreprintorshallnotpublishithimself.But
    suchbookcanberepublishedonlywhensuchstockis50copiesorless.
    7.Thisagreementwilllastforaperiodofthreeyears.
    8.ThecopyrightoftheoriginalbookshallbelongtoMurliMenon.Copyrightof
    thatparticularEnglishlanguageshallbelongtoFootPrintPublishers,theywill
    publishthisbookonlyaftergettingconsentfromtheAuthor.
    AllthetermsofthisagreementarebindinguponFootPrintPublishersononepartand
    MurliMenonoftheotherpartandtheirheirsandsuccessors.
    Andinconfirmationthereof,boththepartieshavewillinglysignedhereasunder.
