Subject: Request to grand permission to finish the summer internship

programme at Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, Hyderabad

Respected sir,
I am a second year PG student of Zoology Department Shift I.
Currently; I am doing 2 months- internship in Centre for Cellular and
Molecular Biology, Hyderabad. The programme is from 11th June- 11th July
2015.

I got OD sanctioned for 12 days from 18th June-3rd July for

completing internship.
Now the new HOD of Zoology Department Kalaiarasi
Madam has told me about the possibility of risk of attendence loss
of 10 days and adviced me to better come back without
finishing the progamme.
As I have already started my work I would like to finish my
internship work. I will not be given the certificate if i do not finish
the internship programme. I will be back at Loyola on 13th July
and I am seeking permission of your kind self for the same.
I am attaching the copy of the issued On Duty and I promise
that I would take the risk of not to lose further loss of attendence.
Looking forward your kind attention in this regard. Please fwd a
note to our department
