Audition Notice

Section Violin I Per Service (3 openings)

The Boise Philharmonic will be holding auditions to fill three (3) vacancies in the Violin I
section on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Boise, Idaho. They are per-service positions, with 50
guaranteed services. The pay during the 2014-2015 season was $76.50 and is subject to
change.

Audition Requirements
Prepared Solo: 2-3 minutes of a solo of the applicants choice (no
accompaniment provided)

Possible Sight Reading
Please send a one page rsum and $25 deposit check (made out to Boise Philharmonic
Association) to Dan Howard, Orchestra Personnel Manager, by August 25th, 2015. Both the
rsum and deposit check must be received by the 25th to reserve an audition time.
