EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project is made as a part of Post Graduate Diploma in Management Curriculum at
IILM Institute for Higher Education, Lodhi Road, New Delhi during internship
program at PRERNA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED.
The objective of the Project is about the study of STUDY OF RECRUITMENT
AND SELECTION PROCESS OF THE PRERNA PROJECTS PRIVATE
LIMITED. Research for this report included a review of literature on Recruitment
and Selection methods, procedures and process and Questionnaire was designed and
responses were collected and inferences were drawn on the same.
This report consist of seven chapters i.e. profile of the company, working
methodology, data analysis (in this chapter various data regarding marketing, finance,
human resource management and information technology of Prerna Projects Private
Limited has been collected and different charts are used for presentation) and lastly it
has results and findings and recommandations and limitations of the project.
