 PREFACE

To achieve partial and concrete results, it is necessary that theoretical

knowledge must be supplemented with practical environment. Keeping this
view in mind, I have completed my research work regarding By doing this
research work I have learnt a lot of things which would be really helpful for me
in future. This experience in decision making and practical application of
knowledge has contributed greatly to my growth. "Accomplishment of any task
necessarily depends upon the willingness and enthusiastic contribution of time
and energy of many people."

From the starting till the completion of this project, there are many people
without whose assistance all my efforts would have been fruitless. I am deeply
