 1. Introduction
 An internship is a professional learning experience that offers
meaningful, practical work related to a student's field of study or career
interest. An internship gives a student the opportunity for career
exploration and development, and to learn new skills.
 Internships are designed to expand the depth and breadth of academic
learning for you in your particular areas of study. It is an opportunity for
you to receive experience in applying theories learned in the classroom
to specific experiences in the community and work world.
 By partaking in an internship, you will be able to gain real-life exposure,
grow your knowledge and determine if you are in the right career field.
Internships not only provide you with the first-hand experience in the real
working world but also enable you to understand the career trajectory for
your desired job title.
 We have already heard GLUCIAN PVT.LTD and how it is a famous
institute all over Bhubaneswar. It is also famous for providing good
internship and training for engineering students… hence from there we
get motivated to do this internship and to get a renowned experience…
 I am doing internship in GLUCIAN PVT.LTD, Bhubaneswar in the
subject of JAVA, where we learned about JAVA , its features, conditional
statement, looping and some commands and basic programs etc.

 2. Internship details
I have done my internship at GLUCIAN PVT.LTD, Bhubaneswar from 5th July
to 5th August .
 Glucian India private limited is a prominent company operating in the
field of software development approved by UGC.
 The company has quickly gained recognition for its innovative solutions
and contributions to the software industry.The companies mission is to
revolutionize the way people interact with technology .
 It also provide training,internship programs to give the students a good
carrer and boost to achieve their goal .
 The internship provided by the Glucian development is about Java . Java
is a widely used programming language for building enterprise
applications, web applications, and mobile apps, among other things .
 During the Java internship, I work on a variety of projects, ranging from
building software
applications and modules to integrating Java with other technologies like
databases and APIs.
 I work with the mentors and to learn best practices and gain hands-on
experience in Java development. I also have the opportunity to
collaborate with other interns and team members.
 The internship was held or continues for 6 hours a day . From that 6 hours
maximum time was spent on programming and gaining new skills and
last few hours they help us by doing the practical of the studied things .
This program held upto 30 days . So basically I have done the 180 hrs of
Java Training for which I have learnt very new skills in Java Language .

 3. Career Outcomes
➢ I can write a simple c code and run it easily.
➢ I can be a c and software developer in near future.
➢ I can do android app development, Debugging, Web application in future.
➢ Internships provide me an opportunity to build connections with
professionals in industry and give me a firsthand look at how industries
operate, helping and understand their dynamics, trends, and challenges. This
know ledged can be helpful me to my make carrier decision.
➢ Building relationships during my internship can lead me to valuable
➢ mentorships and future job opportunities.
➢ Internships often involve tackling real-world problems. This experience
➢ sharpens my problem-solving skills and teaches me how to think critically
and creatively.

 4. Conclusion
➢ I had the privilege of participating in a summer internship program that
provides me with invaluable professional growth and insights. Over the
course of July to August ,I immersed myself in the world of GLUCIAN
PVT.LTD and gained hands on experience that significantly enhanced
my skill set.
➢ Overall my summer internship was a transformative experience that not
only depended my passion for industry but also equipped me with the
skill and confidence to pursue a successful carrier.
➢ Summer internship enable to increase my skills in time management,
discipline, effective communication, and learn practically about team work
