Their no requirement of spares.
Drawings & documents attached in the file (Terrace Layout,& Annexure-I, II, III & IV).
Tender shall be floated on open tender basis & the Vendor who qualifies the PQ criteria
shall only be allowed for participating in this tender.
5. 80% payment for supply part shall be done within 30 days of receipt & acceptance of
material, remaining 20% payment for supply part along-with 100% payment for service
job subject to submission of PBG for Indigenous Vendors. And for foreign Vendors it
shall be 100% through L/C or CAD.
6. 100% payment for service job shall be done within 30 days after successful installation,
testing & commissioning of solar panel, submission of invoice & certification by E-I-C.
7. Payment for 5 years AMC of solar panel shall be done on yearly basis, 100% payment shall be
done every year within 30 days, after the successful completion of AMC for each year. AMC
contract job shall be lined up separately through our revenue budget, however AMC price shall be
considered during tender evaluation .

8. A. Guarantee Clause: The complete system of the SPV Power plant includes, Solar PV
Modules, String Inverters, Power Conditioning Unit, etc. all shall be warranted against
any manufacturing defect or bad workmanship or malfunctioning/poor performance in
respect of power generation or reliability, for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of
commissioning of the systems. (The same is specified in Annexure-I, page no.7)
B. Warranty Clause: Each solar PV module used in the solar power plant, shall be
warranted by the manufacturer with free replacement if the output peak wattage capacity
under standard light condition, falls below 90% in first 10 (ten) years and falls below
80% in next 15 (fifteen) years, from the date of successful commissioning of SPV
power plant. (The same is specified in Annexure-I, page no.7)
9. Soft copy of Final technical specification are uploaded in SAP, PR ________
(Annexure I, II, & IV)
10. Accessories are required and details of the same is specified in Annexure-I, page no. 6
11. No requirement of Mandatory Spares
12. No requirement of 2 years of Operational Spares
13. No requirement of 2 years of Commissioning Spares
14. There shall be no gap between receipt of material & readiness of site for installation.
