FORCIBLE ABDUCTION

INFORMATION
The undersigned Second Assistant Provincial Prosecutor, at the
instance of the offended party Cas Sino, who is a minor, who filed the
corresponding Criminal Complaint, in the Office of the Provincial
Prosecutor of Cagayan accuses TINA YUAN, of the crime of FORCIBLE
ABDUCTION, defined and penalized under Article 342, of the Revised
Penal Code, in relation with Republic Act No. 8369 (Family Court),
committed as follows:
That on or about the 29th day of January, 2015 in
Tuguegarao City, province of Cagayan, Philippines and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused, did then and there, unlawfully and feloniously,
abduct one Cas Sino, a minor child of 13 years old, by then
and there, taking her away from the dwelling of her parents,
against her will and consent, and with lewd designs.
