    Dear Parents/Guardians,
    Welcome to Cooke Center Summer Academy (CCSA)! We want to take the opportunity to introduce
    ourselves, as we will be providing related services to your child during the 2015 summer academy.
    This summer the team of Related Service Providers (RSPs) will consist of
