I cannot help but feel deeply frustrated as I had been looking forward to (look forward to)
it and had spent a considerable amount of time preparing for it.
Although I appreciate that you cannot resolve the connectivity issues, I hope that you will
consider my suggestions. Firstly, the talk can be recorded and uploaded to our website.
Secondly, a forum should be set up so that members can ask questions if necessary.
Finally, I suggest you make reading materials available on our website.
Should you have any queries regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact me. I
look forward to receiving (receive) a favourable response to my suggestions.
