Dear Supporter:
The Ocean Springs Ladies Auxiliary of BPOE 2501 will hold a draw down on July 18th this year.
In order to ensure the success of this very important fund raiser, we are seeking contributions to
help defray costs, so that all funds raised can go directly toward the community.
We are seeking contributions of t-shirts, hats, tickets, or anything we can raffle off that would
promote your company as well.
Each year our organization

Gives out $1000 scholarships to those in need (7 of those were given this year)

Christmas Baskets (valued $200-$400 each) to needy families

Sponsor monthly Bingo games at the VA hospital and provide their Thanksgiving
Dinner. Also provide handmade wheelchair blankets and walker bags,

Provide Mothers Day and Fathers day refreshment at 3 nursing homes.

Supports the Biloxi Womens Shelter, Making Strides, Heart-n-Hands, March of

Dimes

Supports Ocean Springs High School - Football - ROTC - Baseball

Provides support to Elk and Non-elk individuals in need

Sponsors Easter, Halloween and Christmas Parties for Children

Our members and generous donors like you are the key to our success and make it possible for
the Ladies Auxiliary to provide local individuals and families in need with assistance and critical
services. We hope that we can count on your support to help us continue our mission of helping
those in need.
You can donate either by calling me at 228-861-9789 and I will arrange for someone to pickup
your donation or you can drop it off at the Ocean Springs Elks Lodge, 2501 Beachview Blvd.
Your donation will be listed on our facebook page and announce several times during the draw
