Sub: Regarding Adjustment of Medical Bill
Ref: Your Office letter no. A/547/Medical dated 17/06/2015
Sir
With due respect it is stated that I had submitted a medical claim of Rs.
29700/- against the medical advance bill drawn vide LB/Medical
bill/Advance/202 dated 01/04/2010. Now vide your office letter under
reference it is conveyed to me that the said bill was passed for
Rs.
12410/- vide bill No. LB/Medical Adjustment/Bill/330 dated 10/05/2010 and I
have been asked to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 17290/-.
Sir, in the year 2010 I was very much in service & if my said bill was
passed for less amount, the recovery should have been made from my
salary.
I have no problem in depositing the balance amount of Rs. 17290/- but
before that I want to know that on what grounds/account this bill has not
been passed for full amount claimed.
It is therefore requested that detail of non-admissibility may kindly be
sent to me along with letter under reference in your letter i.e., LB/Medical
bill/547 dated 12.08.2010 to clear my doubts because it was not conveyed to
me earlier while I was in service. If the said amount was not admissible to me
as per the rules, I will deposit the same after verifying the details of nonadmissibility. So kindly supply me the details of the bill that what
items/Medicine/Medical charges were not admissible for reimbursement.
Thanking you
