A/547/Medical dated 17/06/2015 Sir With due respect it is stated that I had submitted a medical claim of Rs. 29700/- against the medical advance bill drawn vide LB/Medical bill/Advance/202 dated 01/04/2010. Now vide your office letter under reference it is conveyed to me that the said bill was passed for Rs. 12410/- vide bill No. LB/Medical Adjustment/Bill/330 dated 10/05/2010 and I have been asked to deposit the balance amount of Rs. 17290/-. Sir, in the year 2010 I was very much in service & if my said bill was passed for less amount, the recovery should have been made from my salary. I have no problem in depositing the balance amount of Rs. 17290/- but before that I want to know that on what grounds/account this bill has not been passed for full amount claimed. It is therefore requested that detail of non-admissibility may kindly be sent to me along with letter under reference in your letter i.e., LB/Medical bill/547 dated 12.08.2010 to clear my doubts because it was not conveyed to me earlier while I was in service. If the said amount was not admissible to me as per the rules, I will deposit the same after verifying the details of nonadmissibility. So kindly supply me the details of the bill that what items/Medicine/Medical charges were not admissible for reimbursement. Thanking you
