PERSONALITY:
The KSE is composed of many
musicians. Some of them came from
poor families, some from middle
class, and some from elites. They
were raised in different environment
thats why they differ in their
personalities.

FRUSTRATIONS:
We cant deny the fact that there are people
who already have talents and gifts the
moment they are born. Members who dont
have talent strive very hard to catch up with
the other members who have talent. After all,
only a few members are allowed to perform on
a certain performance and it is selected by
means of the skill you possess. No skill, No
performance for you

CAUSATION OF BEHAVIOR:
Rehearsals is very important for the group.
During rehearsals, there are members who
only attend rehearsals when theres an
upcoming performance. There are also
members who practice daily to improve their
skills. There are also members that attend
rehearsals but they dont take it seriously.
These factors can affect the outcome of the
groups performance.

PERCEPTION:
Most of the KSE members have their
own perceptions. They say that music is
just an entertainment and a very good
way to kill time. Some said that they will
take music as their profession because
thats their passion and some said that
music is their way in expressing
themselves thats why they continue
playing in spite of the statuses in life.

LEARNING:

Most of the members and alumni of the

KSE said that group changed them the
moment they joined the group. The KSE
taught them not only music, but on how
to make decisions in life. On how to be
responsible. How should the ambassadors
of a city act. The great leadership and
teachings of the groups conductor
greatly changed and influenced the lives
