V.ROADS, DITCHES, DRAINAGE - Greg Sayre
Thanked everyone for all of their help, Alan and his guys helped out
Both main roads are completely done
Needing to work on North Swim hole, need culverts
Questions / Comments : complaints it is a little dusty, need a water truck
Questions / Comments : SW corner along the canal, needs to be built back up
VIII.OLD BUSINESS:
a.) FUNDRAISING- REPORT ON ACTIVITIES- - SHERRI SMITH
More money is needed to buy merchandise to sell merchandise

b.) GATE CAMERAS/DVR -- GREG SAYRE / Hunter Sanders / Jay Heil
New Business
Faster WIFI so all SEPA members can access gate cameras
Hunter appointed Jay Heil head of the Gate Cameras
He will be setting up the system with the same equipment we are already using

but will have faster Wi-Fi

looking to have up in the next 30-45 days
Will have on SEPA site and cell phone
Need motion to spend $75 for new contact and increase cost $6/mo

Looking for volunteers for Gate Checks
Volunteers: Patty Hussey, Roberta Bowner, Eddie Daugherty, Greg Marcell
Looking for 3 people per shifts to help with selling shirts
Also, we do have card readers and Wi-Fi at the gate so you do not have to use data plans
Next gate check is Memorial Day

swimming hole looks great
this was not a SEPA funded project but one headed up by John Ball
Someone went into the bushes to get around and then knocked down from the inside
Project is complete but will need maintenance
Hunter dissolve the committee since the project was completed
IX.NEW BUSINESS:
a.) Fundraising committee
Looking for volunteer to head up committee for fundraising, i.e. poker runs and other event
b.) Memorial Day Poker Run is not a SEPA event
Just clarifying there are 2 separate events for 2 separate groups
c.) Don Smith - Recent Death
Offering up $500 to SEPA to buy flags, signs to help with curves
We will be giving away flags
Syme Kutz - When you see someone riding stupid tell them to stop riding stupid
Rita Hemphill - looking for volunteers to cut back brush at corners
d.) Fires It is very dry
Do not call fire department, call Forestry 407-856-6512
Watch cigarettes and camp fires
e.) Hunter Sanders - Do not do donuts in the parking lot
f.) Greg Sayre - Key change will not fix stupid people coming in
Do not let people in the gate if they are not with you,
26 cars came in with 1 key
16 guys out of the back of a U-Haul truck
Feel free to post pictures on FB if you see people leaving the gate open
g.) Rita Hemphill - leaving trash when camping, take home what you bring in
h.) Greg Sayre - We must self police SEPA
I.) Gary Comes - Gate mock up to show off after the meeting for the next gate upgrade
Hunter Sanders - Requested pictures for people missing the meeting
j.) Rita Hemphill - needs approval for paying errors and omissions insurance $1088
