Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs, This letter is being sent from Mark Sliwka, principal of Penn Wood High School. At Penn Wood High School, we are committed to developing every student that enters our school into successful future community members. Our goal is to prepare our young people for the rigors and opportunities that they will encounter after graduation. To this end, we need the expertise of our local business leaders and entrepreneurs. In order to better prepare our students for their high school experience, we have developed a freshman orientation week that will take place during the first week of school, September 8-11. During this time, students will have an opportunity to follow their schedule, meet their teachers, and learn what will make for a successful high school student. During this time, we felt it was important for students to learn about career opportunities within their own community after graduation. We hope that, with your help, we can inspire our children to become motivated to achieve and become successful PWHS students. If you are interested in giving a presentation, please fill out the attached information form and send it to ******@PWHS.org. Our plan is to have many careers and vocations available to our students and for them to hear your journey to success, and learn any valuable advise that you could offer. We look forward to hearing from you! Yours, Mark Sliwka Principal, PWHS
