Read these operating instructions carefully before using this appliance for the first time and preserve this booklet for later
reference. Pass this booklet on to whoever might acquire the
appliance at a future date.

Intended Usage
This Multi-Function Detector is intended for utilisation in
locating metal or wood bearers, metal objects, cavities
and power supply lines. The appliance is intended for
domestic use only. Do not use it for commercial applications.

Safety instructions
Risk of personal injury!
Do not use the appliance at locations where there is
a risk of fire or explosion, e.g. in the vicinity of inflammable liquids or gases.
This appliance is not intended for use by individuals
(including children) with restricted physical, physiological
or intellectual abilities or deficiences in experience
and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a
person responsible for their safety or receive from this
person instruction in how the appliance is to be used.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do
not play with the appliance.
Warning against damage to the appliance!
NEVER subject the appliance to rain. Do not use the
appliance in wet or moist environments.
Do NOT use the appliance to determine the alternating
voltage in exposed or non-insulated power cables.
Do NOT use the appliance as a substitute for a Voltmeter.

Advice about locating objects

The appliance does not always recognise all metal objects,
cavities or electrical cables. The following conditions can
contribute to inexact results:
- very thick walls
- weak battery
- deeply laid power cables or metal objects
- shielded cables
- thick walls with thin pipes or power cables
- walls panelled with metal sheets
- very moist conditions
With this appliance power cables cannot be determined
in circuits,
- which are isolated from the mains power supply.
- through which direct current flows.
- which are used for computer or telecommunications
systems.
No liability will be accepted for damage caused by
manipulation of the appliance and through disregard
of the safety instructions.
Interaction with batteries

Risk of explosion!
Do not throw batteries into a fire. Do not recharge nonrechargeable batteries.
Never open batteries, never solder or weld batteries.
Never short-circuit batteries. The risk of explosions and
injuries exists!
If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended
period remove the battery, otherwise it could leak corrosive acids.
If the batteries have leaked, put on a pair of protective
gloves to avoid the risk of injury through chemical burns.
Clean the battery compartment and the battery contacts
with a dry cloth.
Always replace the battery with a battery of the same type.
Keep batteries away from children. Children can put
batteries into their mouths and swallow them. If a battery
is swallowed immediately seek medical assistance.

Operating Instructions

Unpacking
Take the multi-purpose detector from its packaging.
Remove all transport restraints and packaging materials.

Inserting the battery

1. Open the battery compartment 4 at the rear of the
multi-purpose detector.
2. Place the 9V block battery onto the contacts. Pay heed
to the correct polarity.
3. Press the 9V block battery into the battery compartment 4.

Warning:
Ensure that the wires are not trapped in any way. This could
irreparably damage the appliance.
4. Close the battery compartment 4. The battery compartment lid must audibly engage.

Examples of utilisation
Tips:
In the utilisation examples the appliance is shown as being
horizontal to the wall. However, you can also use the appliance vertical to the wall!
Before putting it to use, test the appliance by locating a known
bearer or cavity etc., to ensure that it is working correctly.
In cases of doubt, always consult a qualified building contractor.

Attention!
Before boring a hole in the wall, also check to ensure that there
is not a cable carrying alternate current located under the surface. Therefore, after detecting metals, ALWAYS carry out an
additional search for power cables!

Tips:
To enable a power cable to be detected by the appliance, its
circuit must be under power. If you wish to trace for example
the cable route from light switch to lamp, switch the lamp on.
1. Press the button ON/OFF 5 to switch the appliance on.
2. Repeatedly press the function switch 3 until an arrow
appears above one of the following detection objects in
the display 2:
STUD (Locating bearers)
METAL (Locating metallic objects)
DEEP (Locating cavities)
AC (Locating power supply lines)
3. Hold the detector with the underside flat against the
area to be examined and press the button PUSH 6
down (several short signal tones sound).
4. Now slowly slide the detector in this position over the
wall.
5. Should an appropriate object be located close to the
measuring head 1, at first a few and then more beams will appear in the display 2.
The closer the measuring head 1 is located to the
object, the greater the number of beams shown in the
display 2.

When a constant signal tone can be heard this indicates

that the object is located directly under the measuring
head 1 of the detector. Additionally, an arrow appears in the display 2.
6. Now, move the detector further over the area, until the
number of beams in the display reduces and the signal
tone switches itself off, to pinpoint the exact position and
placing of the object.

Battery display
A battery symbol appears in the display 2 when the battery
is weak resp. almost discharged. Replace the battery as soon
as possible (see section "Inserting the battery").
If you do not, the measurements will be false.

Automatic switch-off
If a button is not activated for approx. 60 seconds, the
appliance switches itself off automatically.

Cleaning and storage

Store the appliance at a dry and frost-free location.
If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended
period, remove the battery from the battery compartment.
Clean the appliance with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
These could damage the housing.

Disposal
Do not dispose of the appliance in your normal
domestic waste. This product is subject to the
provisions of European Directive 2002/96/EC.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal
centre or at your community waste facility.
Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case of
doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Disposal of batteries/accumulators
Used batteries/rechargeable batteries may not be disposed
of in household waste. Every consumer is legally obliged to
dispose of batteries at a collection site of his community/city
district or at a retail store.
The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that batteries
are disposed of in a non-polluting manner. Only dispose
of batteries when they are fully discharged.
Dispose of the packaging materials in an environmentally responsible manner.

Warranty and Service

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the
date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured
with care and meticulously examined before delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the
event of a warranty claim, please make contact by telephone with our Service Department. Only in this way can
a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
The warranty covers only claims for material and maufacturing defects, but not for transport damage, for wearing
parts or for damage to fragile components, e.g. buttons or
batteries. This product is for private use only and is not intended for commercial use.
The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper
handling, use of force and internal tampering not carried
out by our authorized service branch. Your statutory rights
are not restricted in any way by this warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended by repairs made
unter warranty. This applies also to replaced and repaired
parts. Any damage and defects extant on purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking the appliance, at
the latest, two days after the purchase date. Repairs made
after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to
payment.

Upute za posluivanje prije prve upotrebe paljivo proitajte i sauvajte ih za kasnije koritenje. Ukoliko ureaj dajete treim osobama, priloite i ove upute.

Uporaba u skladu sa namjenom

Vienamjenski detektor je koncipiran za lociranje i pronalaenje metalnih i drvenih nosaa, metalnih predmeta,
upljina i elektrinih vodova. Ovaj ureaj je predvien samo
za privatnu uporabu. Ne koristite ga u komercijalne svrhe.

Sigurnosne upute
Opasnost od eksplozije!
Ureaj ne upotrebljavajte na mjestima, na kojima postoji
opasnost od poara ili od eksplozije, na primjer u blizini
zapaljivih plinova ili tekuina.
Ovaj ureaj nije namijenjen da bude koriten od strane
osoba (ukljuujui djecu) sa ogranienim fizikim, senzorinim i mentalnim osobinama i nedostatkom iskustva ili
znanja, osim ako ove osobe stoje pod nadzorom druge
osobe zaduene za njihovu sigurnost, ili ako su od nje
primili upute za ispravno koritenje ureaja.
Djeca bi trebala biti pod nadzorom, ime treba biti
osigurano da se ne mogu igrati ovim ureajem.

Napomene u vezi sa pronalaenjem objekata

Ureaj ne prepoznaje uvijek sve metalne objekte, upljine
i vodove. Slijedei uvjeti mogu prouzrokovati neprecizne
rezultate:
- vrlo debele zidne stijenke
- slabe baterije
- duboko postavljeni vodovi ili metalni predmeti
- prekriveni kablovi
- debeli zidovi sa tankim cijevima ili vodovima
- zidovi obloeni metalom
- visok stupanj vlage u zraku
Ovim ureajem ne moete pronai vodove u strujnom
krugu,
- koji su izolirani od mrenog napona.
- kroz koje tee istosmjerna struja.
- koji se koriste za raunalske ili telekomunikacijske sustave.
Za tete uzrokovane manipulacijom ureaja i nepridravanjem sigurnosnih napomena proizvoa ne
preuzima nikakvo jamstvo.
Rukovanje sa baterijama

Opasnost od eksplozije!
Baterije ne bacajte u vatru. Ne vrite ponovno punjenje baterija.

Nikada ne otvarajte baterije i nikada ih ne lemite i ne

varite. Nikada ne izazovite kratki spoj baterije.
Postoji opasnost od eksplozije i od ozljeivanja!
Ako ureaj ne koristite due vrijeme, izvadite bateriju,
jer u protivnom moe iscuriti baterijska kiselina.
U sluaju iscurjele baterije navucite zatitne rukavice,
kako biste izbjegli opasnost od nagrizanja koe.
Pretinac za baterije i baterijske kontakte oistite pomou
suhe krpe.
Bateriju uvijek zamijenite drugom baterijom istoga tipa.
Baterije ne smiju dospjeti u djeje ruke. Djeca bi baterije
mogla staviti u usta i progutati. Ukoliko je dolo do gutanja
baterije, neizostavno zatraite lijeniku pomo.

Raspakiranje
Izvadite vienamjenski detektor iz pakiranja.
Uklonite sve transportne osigurae i sav materijal
ambalae.

Umetanje baterije
1. Otvorite pretinac za baterije 4 na stranjoj strani
vienamjenskog detektora.
2. Blok-bateriju od 9V stavite na odgovarajue kontakte.
Obratite panju na ispravan polaritet.
3. Pritisnite 9V-blok-bateriju u pretinac za baterije 4.

Panja:
Obratite panju na to, da ne doe do gnjeenja kabela.
To dovodi do nepopravljivih oteenja ureaja.

4. Zatvorite pretinac za baterije 4. Poklopac pretinca za

baterije mora ujno ulei u leite.

Primjeri primjene
Napomena:
U primjerima za primjenu ureaj je prikazan vodoravno u
odnosu na zid. Ureaj meutim moete koristiti i u okomitom poloaju u odnosu na zid!
Ispitajte ureaj prije uporabe tako, to ete poznati nosa,
odnosno poznatu upljinu potraiti sa njim.
U sluaju dvojbe uvijek zatraite savjet kvalificiranog
graevinskog strunjaka.

Panja!
Prije nego to primjerice izbuite rupu u zidu, provjerite da se
ispod povrine ne nalazi elektrini vod sa naizmjeninom strujom.
Stoga nakon pronalaska metala uvijek izvrite i pretragu
elektrinih vodova!

Napomena:
Da bi elektrini vod mogao biti prepoznat od strane detektora,
isti mora biti pod naponom. Ako primjerice elite pratiti vod
od prekidaa za svjetlo do svjetiljke, morate svjetiljku ukljuiti.

1. Pritisnite tipku ON/OFF 5, da biste ukljuili ureaj.

2. Ponovno pritisnite funkcijski prekida 3, sve dok se na
zaslonu 2 strelica ne pojavi iznad jednog od slijedeih
detekcijskih objekata:
STUD (pronalaenje nosaa)
METAL (pronalaenje objekata od metala)
DEEP (pronalaenje upljina)
AC (pronalaenje strujnih vodova)
3. Drite detektor sa donjom stranom na povrinu, koja treba
biti pretraena i drite tipku PUSH 6 pritisnutu (oglasiti e
se nekoliko kratkih signalnih tonova).
4. Sada detektorom u toj poziciji polako prelazite preko
zida.
5. Ukoliko se odgovarajui objekt nalazi u blizini mjerne
glave 1 , pojaviti e se prvo mali broj, a zatim vei
broj crta na zaslonu 2.
to se mjerna glava 1 nalazi blie objektu, to e se
vei broj crtica pojaviti na zaslonu 2.

Ako se zauje konstantni signalni ton, to znai da se objekt

nalazi neposredno ispod mjerne glave 1 detektora.
Osim toga se pojavljuje strelica na zaslonu 2.
6. Sada nastavite prelaziti sa detektorom preko povrine,
sve dok se broj crtica ne pone smanjivati a signalni zvuk
prestane, kako biste mogli locirati tonu poziciju i toan
poloaj objekta.

Baterijski prikaz
Na zaslonu 2 se pojavljuje simbol baterije, kada snaga
baterije pone slabiti. U tom sluaju to prije trebate izvriti
zamjenu baterije (vidi poglavlje "Umetanje baterije").
U protivnom rezultati mjerenja nee biti toni.

Automatsko iskljuivanje
Ukoliko u roku od ca. 60 sekundi ne pritisnete niti jednu
tipku, ureaj se samostalno iskljuuje.

Ureaj uvajte na suhom mjestu, na kojem nema mraza.
Ako ureaj due vrijeme ne koristite, bateriju izvadite iz
pretinca za baterije.
ienje ureaja vrite pomou suhe i meke krpe.
Ne upotrebljavajte kemijska sredstva za ienje ili
sredstva za ribanje. Ova sredstva mogu otetiti kuite.

Zbrinjavanje
Ureaj nikako ne bacajte u obino kuno
smee. Ovaj proizvod podlijee europskoj
smjernici 2002/96/EC.
Ureaj zbrinite preko autoriziranog poduzea za zbrinjavanje
otpada ili preko Vae komunalne ustanove za zbrinjavanje
otpada.
Obratite panju na aktualno vaee propise.
U sluaju dvojbe se poveite sa Vaom ustanovom za
zbrinjavanje otpada.
Zbrinjavanje baterija/akumulatora
Baterije/akumulatori ne smiju biti zbrinuti zajedno sa kunim
smeem. Svaki potroa ima zakonsku obavezu, da baterije/
akumulatore preda na sabirnom mjestu svoje opine/svog
kvarta, ili u trgovini.
Ova obaveza slui za to, da baterije/akumulatori mogu biti
zbrinuti na nain nekodljiv za okoli. Baterije/akumulatore
vratite iskljuivo u ispranjenom stanju.
Sve materijale ambalae zbrinite na nain
nekodljiv za okoli.

Jamstvo i servis
Na ovaj ureaj vrijedi jamstvo u trajanju od 3 godine od
datuma kupovine. Ureaj je paljivo proizveden i prije
isporuke briljivo kontroliran. Molimo sauvajte blagajniki raun kao dokaz o kupnji. Molimo da se u sluaju ostvarivanja prava na jamstvo telefonski poveete sa Vaom
servisnom ispostavom. Samo na taj nain vaa roba moe
biti besplatno uruena.
Jamstvo vrijedi samo za greke materijala i izrade, a ne za
transportne tete, potrone dijelove ili oteenja lomljivih
dijelova, na primjer prekidaa ili baterija. Proizvod je namijenjen iskljuivo za privatnu, a ne za gospodarstvenu
uporabu.U sluaju nestrunog rukovanja, rukovanja protivnog namjeni ureaja, primjene sile i zahvata, koji nisu
izvreni od strane naeg ovlatenog servisnog predstavnitva, vaenje jamstva prestaje. Vaa zakonska prava
ovim jamstvom ostaju netaknuta.
Jamstveni rok se ne produava uslijed ostvarivanja prava
na jamstvo. To vrijedi i za zamijenjene i popravljene dijelove. Eventualno ve prilikom kupovine prisutna oteenja i
nedostaci moraju biti javljena neposredno nakon raspakiranja, ali najkasnije dva dana nakon datuma kupovine.
Popravke vrene nakon isteka jamstvenog roka podlijeu
obavezi plaanja.

Citii cu atenie instruciunile de utilizare nainte de prima
utilizare i pstrai le pentru o consultare ulterioar. Dac

Utilizarea conform destinaiei

Detectorul multifuncional a fost conceput pentru localizarea
grinzilor de metal i lemn, a obiectelor metalice, a cavitilor
(spaiilor goale) i a firelor electrice. Aparatul este destinat
numai uzului personal. Nu l utilizai n scopuri profesionale.

Indicaii de siguran
Pericol de rnire!
Nu utilizai aparatul n locuri unde exist pericol de in
cendiu sau de explozie, de exemplu, n apropierea li
chidelor inflamabile i a gazelor.
Acest aparat nu este destinat utilizrii de ctre persoane
(inclusiv copii) cu capaciti fizice, senzoriale sau mentale
limitate sau cu o experien limitat i/sau cunotine
limitate, cu excepia cazului n care sunt supravegheate
de ctre o persoan responsabil cu sigurana lor sau
au primit instruciuni de la aceasta privind modul de
utilizare a produsului.
Copiii trebuie supravegheai pentru a se asigura c nu
se vor juca cu aparatul.
Avertizare contra pagubelor la aparat!
Nu expunei aparatul ploii. Nu utilizai aparatul n medii
ude sau umede.
Nu utilizai aparatul pentru depistarea tensiunii alterna
tive din cablurile electrice descoperite, resp. neizolate.
Nu utilizai aparatul ca surogat pentru un voltmetru.

Indicaii privind detectarea obiectelor

Aparatul nu recunoate totdeauna obiectele metalice,
cavitile i conductorii electrici. Urmtoarele condiii pot
cauza rezultate imprecise:
pereii foarte groi;
bateriile slabe;
conductori electrici sau obiecte metalice adnci;
cabluri izolate;
perei groi prin care trec conducte sau conductori
electrici subiri;
pereii cptuii cu metal;
umezeala.
Cu ajutorul acestui aparat nu se pot detecta conductorii
din circuitele electrice,
izolate de ctre furnizorul de energie electric;
strbtute de curent continuu;
utilizate pentru sistemele de calculatoare sau de
telecomunicaie.
Nu se acord garanie pentru pagubele rezultate n
urma interveniilor n aparat i a nerespectrii indicaiilor
de siguran.
Manipularea bateriilor

Pericol de explozie!
Nu aruncai bateriile n foc. Nu rencrcai bateriile.
Nu deschidei niciodat bateriile, nu lipii i nu sudai
niciodat pe suprafaa acestora. Nu scurtcircuitai ni
ciodat bateriile. Pericol de explozie i de rnire!
Dac nu utilizai aparatul un timp mai ndelungat, scoa
tei bateria pentru a evita scurgerea acesteia.
Dac bateria s a scurs, punei v mnuile de protecie
pentru a evita pericolul arsurilor chimice. Curai
compartimentul bateriilor i contactele cu un prosop uscat.

toate materialele de ambalare i siguranele pentru
transport.

Introducerea bateriei
1. Deschidei compartimentul de baterii 4 de pe spatele
aparatului.
2. Introducei bateria bloc de 9V n contacte. Atenie la
polaritatea corect.
3. Introducei bateria bloc de 9V n compartimentul de
baterii 4.

Atenie!
Cablul nu trebuie s fie strivit de alte obiecte. Aceasta ar con
duce la daune ireparabile ale aparatului.

Exemple de utilizare
Indicaie
n exemplele de utilizare, aparatul este prezentat n poziie
orizontal fa de perete. Totui, putei utiliza aparatul i
poziionat vertical fa de perete!
Testai aparatul nainte de utilizare, prin detectarea unei
grinzi , resp. a unei caviti cunoscute.
Dac avei dubii, consultai un constructor calificat.

Detectarea grinzilor i a cavitilor

Atenie!
nainte de a practica o gaur n perete de exemplu, asigurai v
c n perete nu se afl conductori electrici. De aceea, dup
detectarea metalelor, ncercai s detectai, de asemenea, i
conductorii electrici!

Indicaii:
Dac detectorul localizeaz un conductor electric, prin acesta
trece curent electric. Fac, de exemplu, dorii s urmrii traseul
unui conductor electric de la ntreruptor la bec, aprindei
totdeauna becul.
1. Apsai butonul ON/OFF 5, pentru a porni aparatul.
2. Apsai n mod repetat comutatorul cu funcii 3, pn
cnd pe ecran 2 apare o sgeat peste urmtoarele
obiecte detectate:
STUD (detectare grinzi)
METAL (detectare obiecte metalice)
DEEP (detectare cavitate)
AC (detectare conductori electrici)
3. inei detectorul cu partea din spate aezat plan pe
suprafaa cercetat i inei apsat tasta PUSH 6
(se aud mai multe semnale sonore scurte).
4. Acum mpingei detectorul ncet n aceast poziie de
pe perete.
5. Dac respectivul obiect se afl aproape de capul de
msurare 1, pe ecran 2 apar mai nti cteva bare,
iar apoi tot mai multe.
Cu ct capul de msurare 1 se afl mai aproape de
obiect, cu att apar mai multe bare pe ecran 2.

Dac se aude un semnal sonor continuu, obiectul se

afl chiar sub capul de msurare 1 al detectorului.
Suplimentar, pe ecran 2 apare o sgeat.
6. Micai acum detectorul mai departe pe suprafa, pn
cnd se reduce din nou numrul de bare i pn cnd
se oprete semnalul sonor, pentru a stabili astfel exact
poziia i situaia obiectului.

Afiajul bateriei
Pe ecran 2 apare simbolul baterie, dac bateria este slab.
nlocuii ct mai repede posibil bateria (a se vedea capitolul
Introducerea bateriei). n caz contrar, rezultatele msurrii
sunt eronate.

Oprirea automat
Dac timp de cca 60 de secunde,nu apsai nicio tast,
aparatul se oprete automat.

Pstrarea i curarea
Pstrai aparatul ntr un loc uscat i ferit de nghe.
Dac nu utilizai aparatul un timp mai ndelungat, scoate i
aparatul din compartimentul de baterii.
Curai aparatul cu un material uscat i moale.
Nu utilizai substane de curare chimice sau abrazive.
Acestea pot deteriora carcasa.

Eliminarea aparatelor uzate

Nu aruncai aparatul sub nicio form n gunoiul menajer obinuit. Acest produs cade
sub incidena directivei europene
2002/96/EC.
Eliminai aparatul prin intermediul unei firmei specializate i
autorizate sau prin intermediul serviciului local de eliminare
a deeurilor.
Respectai reglementrile actuale n vigoare. Dac ave i
nelmuriri, contactai serviciul dumneavoastr local de
eliminare a deeurilor.
Eliminarea bateriilor/acumulatorilor
Este interzis eliminarea bateriilor/acumulatorilor n resturile
menajere. Fiecare consumator are obligaia legal de a
preda bateriile / acumulatorii la un centru de colectare local.
Aceast obligaie are scopul de a asigura eliminarea eco
logic a bateriilor / acumulatorilor. Predai bateriile/acu
mulatorii numai dac sunt descrcai.
Eliminai ambalajele n mod ecologic.

Garania i service-ul
Pentru acest aparat, se acord o garanie de 3 ani nce
pnd cu data cumprrii. Aparatul a fost produs cu grij i
verificat cu scrupulozitate naintea livrrii.
Pstrai bonul de cas pentru a dovedi cumprarea. Dac
avei solicitri privind garania, contactai tele fonic centrul
dumneavoastr de service. Numai astfel poate fi asigurat
o expediere gratuit a produsului dumneavoastr.
Garania acoper numai defectele de material sau de fa
bricaie, nu i deteriorrile rezultate n urma transportului,
piesele de uzur sau deteriorrile aprute la componentele
fragile, de ex. comutatoare sau acumulatoare. Aparatul
este destinat numai pentru uz privat i nu pentru o utilizare
profesional.
n cazul manevrrii abuzive sau necorespunztoare, uzului
de for i interveniilor care nu au fost realizate de ctre
filiala noastr autorizat de service, garania i pierde va
labilitatea. Drepturile dumneavoastr legale nu sunt limitate
prin aceast garanie.
Perioada de garanie nu este prelungit dup realizarea
reparaiilor realizate n perioada garanie. Acest lucru este
valabil i pentru piesele nlocuite i reparate. Deteriorrile i
deficienele prezente deja la cumprare trebuie semnalate
imediat dup dezambalare sau cel trziu n dou zile de la
data cumprrii. Reparaiile necesare dup expirarea
perioadei de garanie se efectueaz contra cost.

Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung vor der ersten Verwendung
aufmerksam durch und heben Sie diese fr den spteren
Gebrauch auf. Hndigen Sie bei Weitergabe des Gertes
an Dritte auch die Anleitung aus.

Bestimmungsgemer Gebrauch
Der Multifunktionsdetektor ist zur Ortung von Metall- oder
Holztrgern, von Metallobjekten, von Hohlrumen und
von elektrischen Leitungen konzipiert. Dieses Gert ist nur
fr private Zwecke bestimmt. Gebrauchen Sie es nicht
gewerblich.

Sicherheitshinweise
Verletzungsgefahr!
Benutzen Sie das Gert nicht an Orten, wo Feuergefahr
oder Explosionsgefahr besteht, z.B. in der Nhe von
brennbaren Flssigkeiten oder Gasen.
Dieses Gert ist nicht dafr bestimmt, durch Personen
(einschlielich Kinder) mit eingeschrnkten physischen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fhigkeiten oder mangels
Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden,
es sei denn, sie werden durch eine fr ihre Sicherheit
zustndige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr
Anweisungen, wie das Gert zu benutzen ist.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen,
dass sie nicht mit dem Gert spielen.
Warnung vor Schden am Gert!
Setzen Sie das Gert keinem Regen aus. Verwenden
Sie das Gert nicht in feuchter oder nasser Umgebung.
Verwenden Sie das Gert nicht, um Wechselspannung in
freiliegenden bzw. nicht isolierten Leitungen festzustellen.
Verwenden Sie das Gert nicht als Ersatz fr ein Voltmeter.

Hinweise zum Aufspren von Objekten

Das Gert erkennt nicht immer alle Metallobjekte, Hohlrume
und Leitungen. Folgende Bedingungen knnen ungenaue
Ergebnisse verursachen:
- sehr dicke Wnde
- schwache Batterien
- tiefliegende Leitungen oder Metallobjekte
- abgeschirmte Kabel
- dicke Wnde mit dnnen Rohren oder Leitungen
- mit Metall verkleidete Wnde
- sehr feuchte Bedingungen
Mit diesem Gert lassen sich keine Leitungen in Stromkreisen feststellen,
- die von der Netzspannungsversorgung isoliert sind.
- die von Gleichstrom durchflossen werden.
- die fr Computer- oder Telekommunikationssysteme
genutzt werden.
Fr Schden durch Manipulation am Gert und bei
Nichtbefolgen der Sicherheitshinweise wird keine
Haftung bernommen.
Umgang mit Batterien

Explosionsgefahr!
Werfen Sie keine Batterien ins Feuer. Laden Sie Batterien nicht
wieder auf.
ffnen Sie die Batterien niemals, lten oder schweien
Sie Batterien nie. Schlieen Sie Batterien niemals kurz.
Es besteht Explosions- und Verletzungsgefahr!
Wenn Sie das Gert lngere Zeit nicht benutzen, entnehmen Sie die Batterie, ansonsten kann Batteriesure
auslaufen.
Bei ausgelaufener Batterie, ziehen Sie Schutzhandschuhe
an, um Gefahr durch Vertzung zu vermeiden.
Reinigen Sie das Batteriefach und die Batteriekontakte
mit einem trockenen Tuch.
Ersetzen Sie stets die Batterie durch denselben Typ.
Batterien drfen nicht in die Hnde von Kindern
gelangen. Kinder knnten Batterien in den Mund nehmen
und verschlucken. Sollte eine Batterie verschluckt worden
sein, suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf.

Auspacken
Entnehmen Sie den Multifunktionsdetektor aus der
Verpackung. Entfernen Sie alle Transportsicherungen und
Verpackungsmaterialien.

Batterie einlegen
1. ffnen Sie das Batteriefach 4 auf der Rckseite des
Multifunktionsdetektors.
2. Stecken Sie die 9V-Blockbatterie auf die Kontakte.
Achten Sie auf die richtige Polung.
3. Drcken Sie die 9V-Blockbatterie in das Batteriefach 4.

Achtung:
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht eingeklemmt werden.
Das fhrt zu irreparablen Schden am Gert.
4. Schlieen Sie das Batteriefach 4. Der Batteriefachdeckel
muss hrbar einrasten.

Anwendungsbeispiele
Hinweise:
In den Anwendungsbeispielen wird das Gert waagerecht
zur Wand dargestellt. Sie knnen das Gert jedoch auch
senkrecht zur Wand verwenden!
Testen Sie das Gert vor dem Gebrauch dadurch, dass Sie
einen bekannten Trger bzw. einen Hohlraum erkennen lassen.
Fragen Sie in Zweifelsfllen immer einen qualifizierten
Baufachmann.

Achtung!
Bevor Sie z.B. ein Loch in die Wand bohren, stellen Sie sicher,
dass sich unter der Oberflche nicht auch eine wechselstromfhrende Leitung befindet. Fhren Sie daher nach dem Aufspren
von Metall immer auch eine Suche nach Stromleitungen durch!

Hinweise:
Damit eine Stromleitung vom Detektor erkannt wird, muss
diese auch Strom fhren. Wenn Sie z. B. den Verlauf einer
Leitung vom Lichtschalter zur Lampe verfolgen wollen, schalten
Sie die Lampe ein.
1. Drcken Sie die Taste ON/OFF 5, um das Gert
einzuschalten.
2. Drcken Sie wiederholt den Funktionsschalter 3, bis im
Display 2 ein Pfeil ber einem der folgenden Detektionsobjekte erscheint:
STUD (Trger aufspren)
METAL (Metallobjekte aufspren)
DEEP (Hohlraum aufspren)
AC (Stromleitungen aufspren)
3. Halten Sie den Detektor mit der Unterseite flach auf die
zu untersuchende Flche und halten Sie die Taste PUSH
6 gedrckt (es ertnen mehrere kurze Signaltne).
4. Schieben Sie nun den Detektor in dieser Position langsam
ber die Wand.
5. Befindet sich das entsprechende Objekt in der Nhe
des Messkopfs 1, so erscheinen zunchst wenige und
dann mehrere Balken im Display 2.
Je nher sich der Messkopf 1 am Objekt befindet,
desto mehr Balken erscheinen im Display 2.

Wenn ein durchgngiger Signalton zu hren ist, befindet

sich das Objekt direkt unter dem Messkopf 1 des
Detektors. Zustzlich erscheint ein Pfeil im Display 2.
6. Bewegen Sie den Detektor nun weiter auf der Flche, bis
die Zahl der Balken wieder abnimmt und der Signalton
sich ausschaltet, um so die genaue Position und Lage des
Objektes auszumachen.

Batterieanzeige
Im Display 2 erscheint ein Batterie-Symbol, wenn die
Batterie schwach wird. Ersetzen Sie schnellstmglich die
Batterie (siehe Kapitel Batterie einlegen).
Ansonsten werden die Messergebnisse verflscht.

Automatische Abschaltung
Wird ca. 60 Sekunden lang keine Taste gedrckt, schaltet
sich das Gert automatisch aus.

Aufbewahrung und Reinigung

Bewahren Sie das Gert an einem trockenen und
frostfreien Ort auf.
Wenn Sie das Gert fr lngere Zeit nicht benutzen,
entfernen Sie die Batterie aus dem Batteriefach.
Reinigen Sie das Gert mit einem trockenen, weichen
Tuch.
Benutzen Sie keine chemischen oder scheuernden
Putzmittel. Sie knnen das Gehuse beschdigen.

Entsorgen
Werfen Sie das Gert keinesfalls in den
normalen Hausmll. Dieses Produkt unterliegt
der europischen Richtlinie 2002/96/EC.
Entsorgen Sie das Gert ber einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbetrieb oder ber Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung.
Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen
Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in
Verbindung.
Batterien/Akkus entsorgen
Batterien/Akkus drfen nicht im Hausmll entsorgt werden.
Jeder Verbraucher ist gesetzlich verpflichtet, Batterien/Akkus
bei einer Sammelstelle seiner Gemeinde / seines Stadtteils
oder im Handel abzugeben.
Diese Verpflichtung dient dazu, dass Batterien / Akkus
einer umweltschonenden Entsorgung zugefhrt werden
knnen. Geben Sie Batterien/Akkus nur im entladenen
Zustand zurck.

Fhren Sie alle Verpackungsmaterialien

einer umweltgerechten Entsorgung zu.

Garantie und Service

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gert 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Das Gert wurde sorgfltig produziert und vor
Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprft.
Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis fr den
Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit Ihrer
Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung. Nur so kann eine
kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewhrleistet werden.
Die Garantieleistung gilt nur fr Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler, nicht aber fr Transportschden,
Verschleiteile oder fr Beschdigungen an zerbrechlichen
Teilen, z. B. Schalter oder Akkus. Das Produkt ist lediglich
fr den privaten und nicht fr den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt.
Bei missbruchlicher und unsachgemer Behandlung,
Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer
autorisierten Service-Niederlassung vorgenommen wurden,
erlischt die Garantie. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte werden
durch diese Garantie nicht eingeschrnkt.
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewhrleistung nicht
verlngert. Dies gilt auch fr ersetzte und reparierte Teile.
Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schden und
Mngel mssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet
werden, sptestens aber zwei Tage nach Kaufdatum.
Nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen
sind kostenpflichtig.
