Dear Hiring Manager,

Ever since Nordstrom was introduced to Calgary, I have constantly entered the store
and be greeted every time. Nordstrom has many opportunities for the future, and
is a game changer when it comes to fashion. Ive seen the creative, fashion-forward
company expand and transform into what I am now interested in and would like to
become a part of.
Good customer service is what pulls the income in; it attracts business and allows
customers to enjoy their experience in a store. As a person who values fashion, I
would like to be a part of the team, solely by providing excellent customer service
and allowing the client to enjoy their shopping experience at Nordstrom. Ive worked
in a customer prioritized environment before, which has allowed me to develop the
traits to strive in the environment. I am friendly, responsible and personable, which
allows me to better serve customers.
I am sure there are plenty of others who have sent applications for this position, but
I must say I am different. I am a hard-working, persistent person, who constantly
gives in my best effort, and always looks towards new opportunities. To be given the
chance to work at Nordstrom would greatly allow myself to better develop as well as
learn many new skills. I hope I get the chance to channel my positive energy into
the team, and to contribute towards greater customer service.
