I am writing to express my interest in the role of Store Assistant at Aldi. I saw your advertisement
through your Specialbuys catalogue and was immediately intrigued by the opportunity to work for
such a leading global retailer.
I am currently working as a bartender, as well as working in a varitey of part-time jobs, I work long
hours of which I believe will benefit me in future opportunities. I'm looking for a new challenge
outside my place of work, having done extensive research on Aldi's website I encountered the
opportunites and working life offered by the company, I was truely impressed by your companys
promotion prospects, the current employees joys of working there, the fast paced environment and
the job secruity provided.
I've always had an interest in the retailing industry and hold a brief but valid amount of knowledge
and experience from working in DV8, I am a lover of food and fashion and interested in culinary arts,
although I dont have any direct experience working in supermarkets or grocery outlets. I am
exceptionally capable of using my own intiative and hugely driven towards achieving objectives and
tasks I'm appointed. I have a massive amount of satisfaction and pride in the work I carry out.
I hold a vast range of experience in customer care, communicating skills and am very hardworking,
committed person with a excellent work ethic and greatly responsible. I adapt quickly to change and I
am extremely motivated, I have excellent time keeping and always perform to the best of my abilities.
I'm very co-operative and have a passion for physical work and never turn down an opportunity to
expand my knowledge and experience. Sometime in the future I hope to study business studies and
music production in college, as I would lke to develope my own record label.
