It has come to our notice that following types of irregularities and complaints in
the working which is very serious.
1. Class wise time table details
2. Negative remarks from teachers regarding individual of child
3. Harsh language used by the teaching and non teaching staff to the
parents and students
4. No control on punishments,
5. No use of diaries
6. Home work details and rules , regulations not communicated properly
7. Checking of Tiffin box, school bags
8. Class wise bus students list not maintained
9. Submission of application for important documents not communicated to
the parents
10.Introduction of the class teacher
You are requested to bring in to the notice of all staff members and submit your
compliance at the earliest. If such type of irregularities found in future it will viewed
seriously and necessary disciplinary action will taken.
