any subject areas. We will meet to discuss what will work
best for your child and support them with their academic
struggles. Parents will be notified before report cards have
been issued about any failing grades.

Attendance: Its important that your


child is at school on time each and
every day. Please send in any notes
about absences or notify my by email if
your child is going to be tardy or
absent.
Homework: Students will be required
to complete a current event/ABC
adventure book throughout the year.
Each week they will be given
instructions on a research topic
beginning with the new letter of the
alphabet. Please provide a composition
notebook for your child to use for their
weekly homework. (Due Fridays)

Classroom Expectations:
In my classroom I set high expectations for
each of my students. Its essential that
students come into a positive learning
environment with confidence and a love for
learning. I encourage my students to be
respectful to others and take responsibility
for their own actions. Its important that all
students feel comfortable in their classroom
environment and have fun learning!
Students are expected to come to school with
a bright smile, a positive attitude, and an
eager young mind excited to learn!
Students will not only benefit their learning
experience but also enhance the energy of
those around them.
Classroom Incentives:
Rewards will be issued throughout the year
to SUPERSTAR STUDENTS and students who
keep earning positive points!
