FOCAL POINTS
Bisecting the site, a water threshold id created between building and the
training ground with ample seating areas, creating place for quiet engagement
at curriculum breaks.
BUILDING TYPOLOGIES
All buildings integrate with the campus landscape, with integral social, public
spaces, and main entries with road fronts.
It comprises comprehensive academic, tactical and physical training
facilities for recruits and in-service officers, including demonstration
classrooms and residential facilities for officers and trainees.
LANDSCAPE
Landscape as a strategy for identity and sustainability.
Landscape plays a primary role in defining the district. It establishes the
identity , and social and the open spaces, acting as a transitional element
between the pathways and the buildings. All housing and schools are tied
together with gardens that are an extension of the district landscape scheme.

CIRCULATION:
The circulation system provides convenient, efficient and fluid connections.
The circulation creates a pedestrian friendly campus.
VISUAL CHARACTER
Defined and coherent campus edges that are open and integrated with
the community.
Highlighting campus entrances and gateways to foster a welcoming and
user-friendly arrival experience.
Integrating all buildings into the campus landscape to create
comfortable outdoor spaces.
Architecture is a tool to bring the boldness/power of the building. The Newyork
police academy shows its power through its massive tall building.
