footprint
No waste to tip utilises existing
pavement materials
Traffic immediately or overlay
Treats tar bound material
Deep recycling
What is it?
A fast, economical, cold reconstruction process
How it works
Pavement depth is reconstructed to 150-350mm
Trial holes taken - mix design in accordance with TRL 611
or 386
Existing pavement scarified to design depth hydraulic
binder mixed in.
Compacted & graded to new levels overlaid with new
asphalt surface course.
