If students are unable to write a test they should immediately contact their
professor or program Chair for advice. In exceptional and well documented
circumstances (e.g. unforeseen family problems, serious illness, or death of a close

When writing tests, students must be able to produce official College photo
identification or they may be refused the right to take the test or test results will be

Course Description
This course introduces students to the major
considerations in the conduct of business
activities within a global context. It provides a
broad overview of the domestic and foreign
environments within which international
business takes place, examines international
trade and foreign direct investment, and
outlines several of the key strategic decisions
facing international business managers. The
course takes the perspective of a Canadian
business person seeking international
opportunities in todays dynamic global
environment.
