AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $660.00 (six hundred and sixty dollars) from the Student
Events Pool (6272-0200-03) for celebration dinner for Cougars for the Cures. Sunday,
September 23 following the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Portland, Oregon.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. Dinner for up to thirty student participants at $22.00 per person.

STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point

font or font equal to the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for
the event(s) as required by ASWSUV By-Laws (260.12).
It is open to all students who participate in the Race for the Cure with the Washington State
University Vancouver team. In supporting this dinner we support the students who volunteer in
the community and participate in extracurricular activities. We supported this activity last year
by paying for their after race lunch.
