2. Voter id copy of technical staff (including principal, instructors, admin staff and hostel staff).
3. Photograph of technical staff (including principal, instructors, admin staff and hostel staff).
4. Resume of technical staff (including principal, instructors and hostel staff).
5. Education certificates of technical staff (including principal and instructors staff).
6. Experience certificate of technical staff (including principal and instructors staff).
7. Proof of ownership/ lease deed/ rent agreement.
8. Upload duration of lease and rent agreement.
9. Details of site plans/ building plans.
10. Details of architect.
11. Upload front view of institute with sign board of institute.
12. Upload class room photograph (inside view).
13. Upload workshop photograph with interior and tools visible.
14. Upload list of technical books.
15. Upload list of items available in IT lab.

16. Upload computer bills.

17. Upload meter sealing record.
18. Upload bill of equipments having amount greater than 10000 rupees.
19. Upload photograph of principal with equipment having amount greater than 10000 rupees.
20. Upload one filled progress card.
21. Upload supplier address tel. no. / Vat no of raw materials.
22. Bill no. & date of supply of raw materials.
23. Upload quality management system.
