Project: Automation of GAD

Description: Automation of GAD (General Administration Department) is the application for
entering service particulars of the employees who are working in the single unit of General
Administration Department of Secretariat. It is used to enter the personal details of the employee,
qualification details, worked departments details, departmental tests details, ACRs details, ACB
cases details, disciplinary cases details and property statement details of Employees.
An Admin will have complete access to registered users. User can have limited services .It will use
on multiple systems in Local Network. User and Admin can generate the reports basing on
Department, Retirement Date, Caste, Designation, Date of Birth, and Date of entry into service.

Responsibilities: I am responsible for:

• Designing the database objects with all the integrity constraints
• Creating UI and Coding for the given forms
• Doing integration testing and deploying in the server.
• Designing Master Pages, User Controls.

2. Project: KM-ATOM (File management System):

Organization : Andhra Pradesh Technology Services
Client : A.P. Secretariat, GHMC and other Govt. Department.
Environment : Oracle 9i, Asp.Net with C#
Role : Software Developer
Description : KM-ATOM is an online office automation suit. This has been developed
keeping in view of the most common file processing system in any organization with the following
process.
Inward section - In the Inward Section, the incoming currents are entered in the Inward Register
and attaches the scanned documents. The inward clerk will direct the currents to the concerned
section Manager or section superintendent -Manager will assign the currents to the relevant section
clerks basing on the subjects, with which the section clerk is currently dealing.
File Movement - Section clerk receives the currents in his Personal Register and initiates the file
movement by tagging the current to concerned file and enters his comments in the note file. Then
the file will be moved in a hierarchical manner with Drafts, References, GOs, Acts, Enclosures,
statements for decision making on the files.
This has been generalized keeping in view the process of File movement in any organization with
minimum customization. KM-ATOM has been conferred the CSI-Nihilent e-Governance Award
2007-08 for Best e-Governed Project (Excellent Project).

Responsibilities:
Going through the clients' requirements and coming up with database design and application
architecture.
• Configuration of the database for the clients (i.e. other dept) and giving training.
• Designing the database objects with all the integrity constraints
• Creating UI and Coding for the given forms
• Doing integration testing and deploying in the server.
• Trained the employees to work with the product.
• Supporting the project using ASP.NET, HTML, C#.net, oracle 8i
