Project Description:
Quote Creation is first part in Insurance domain, which is automated to create quote in
supporting web applications and also filling the relevant data to the excel sheet and sending
Mails with attachments

Description:
The User is given an input sheet where the user has to input the details required for quote Creation
for list of cases. When Solution is run, the input details are copied across web application through
navigation to different screens. Also inputting the details to web applications (Workflow and
Rating application) .Finally Creating an Excel file with Quote details captured from web
application and Input excel and sending mail with filled Excel to the Under writer. Audit log has
been created which indicates start time, end time, status and duration for tracking.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing the business requirements as per the SDD and co-ordinate with SME at client
location.
• Prepared ODIs for the assigned module and integrated in TDD.
• Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and
conventions.

Project Description:
CSC Internal Systems is a portal which is a collection of applications for usage within CSC. There
are various applications in the portal amongst; I am supporting the following applications:

No Dues System: No Dues system is a web-based application which is used to raise and track no
dues requests submitted by employees within organization to raise No dues requests for Foreign
travel, Transfer, Deputation and Exit categories.

Weekly Credit System: Weekly Credit System is an online request handling system where
employee can claim the official expenses from the organization. Various request types, such as
Certificate, Higher Education, Domestic Travel Expenses, International Travel Expenses comes
under this application.
HR Approval tool: In order to track and maintain a database for exception requests raised for
various categories HR group needs a system. This system will enable to raise exception approval
requests and take approvals from respective approving authorities based on the workflow.

Account Management portal: A web application based on MVC used to update and track the
details of staff (members of an account). It provides various screens to track and monitor the
tickets handled by team members of an account.

computerized billing in the pharmacy, labs and has the facility to give a unique Case No for
every patient.It stores the details of every patient and the staff automatically.
It includes a search facility to know the status of each bed and each ward in hospital. User also
can search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using their Case No. It includes
Memo’s, Receipts and Bills of every patient for Hospital Treatment Services.
This application handles Appointment, Admission, Ward Management, Waitlist of Beds &
Admission, Category Transfer, Travel concession, Discharge, Transferring to Trust Aided,
Company Referred. This application provides unique solution in health sector and is specially
developed for cancer Hospitals
