 PRIDE SECURITY

1) Introduction:
Pride Security is a project which assists in managing the day-to-day activities
of the company such as hiring and recruitment of security guards. It also eases
the process of reaching out to its customers for availing various other security
services.

2) Objective and Scope:

a) Proposed System
The main purpose of this project to build a website application to reduce the
manual work of hiring and recruiting security guards. To digitize the
functionality of the organisation and effortlessly outreach potential customers.
The purpose of this project is to automate the existing manual system by the
help of computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling
their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a
longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same. The required
software and hardware are easily available and easy to work with. All details
regarding the security guards can easily be stored, edited, viewed, deleted as
mentioned above which will lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast
management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities
rather to concentrate on the record keeping.
b) Existing System
Achieving the goals of the organization is difficult using a manual system as the
information is redundant, can be scattered and collecting relevant information
may be very time consuming. Thus, it will help organization in better utilization
of resources. The organization can maintain computerized records without
redundant entries. That means that one need not be distracted by information
that is not relevant, while being able to reach the information.
 c) Objective of the Project
Basically, the project describes how to manage for good performance and better
services for the clients.

The following works will become easier by this project and some extra
functionalities that will help in extracting more benefits:

 This project provides professional security staff to support client’s

operation.

 It provides a platform for the integration of security guards, clients and

administration.

 Administration can communicate and pass guidelines to the security

guards easily.

 Provide a site for quick access of services such as security consultancy

CCTV monitoring, event security, bank and ATM security etc.

 This project implements full profile details for all the security staff of the
company to maintain transparency between the company and the
customers.
 Future Scope
This website is flexible and adjustable to needs and requirements of any security
agency. It will help the administration to access the required resources
whenever and wherever needed.

 Website can also be upgraded with advanced options like quick chat bot
with the customers executives.

 It will solve the problem of human resources and also increases the
limpidity between the customers and the company.

 With addition of advanced feature such as profile scanning office

mechanization and other extensive attributes it can fully automate the
organisation.

 It can also be expanded further for providing jobs to workers such as

plumber, electrician, gardeners and other house helpers.

8) Conclusion

The project is about a security guard company in which companies and

individual can hire guards, companies can put their requirements according to
which the organisation would provide them the guards, according to their
requirement. This software package storing the details of all the data related to
Guards provided, who have registered in the company. The system is strong
enough to withstand regressive yearly operations under conditions where
database is maintained and cleared over a certain time span. The
implementation of the system in the company will considerably reduce data
entry and time.
