NOTIFICATION

Dated Aizawl, the 20th, July 1988

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Mizoram
Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1988, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to enforce
the Mizoram Passengers and Goods Taxation Act, 1988 with effect from the date of issue of
this Notification and until further orders.
