In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (7) of Rule 4 of the Orissa Value
Added Tax Rules, 2005, I Sri Aditya Prasad Padhi, I.A.S, Commissioner of Sales Tax,
Orissa, Cuttack do hereby assign the records of the dealers under the jurisdiction of Puri
Range, Bhubaneswar to the Large Taxpayers Units (LTUs) constituted in the said
Range vide Finance Department Notification No.54102/F dt. 02.12.2005 as per the list
below. This Notification is effective from 02.12.2005 i.e. the date of constitution of the
said unit or the registration of such dealer under the Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004
whichever is later.
