How long have you known the applicant and in what context?

I have known her since 2009. She was my student at university, in the subject of Public
Policy.
In your opinion, how would the applicant benefit from the program?

I think that Hult could benefit her, improving her abilities and knowledge about
entrepreneurship, management and business, sustainability, and negotiations skills. She will
learn at the best business school in the US about to lead companies or people, and (why
not?) to be of world a better place.
What do you consider to be the applicant's strength and weaknesses?

I think she has a lot of skills, creative thinking is one of her many strength. She used to
think about problems or crisis situation in a new way. Also, she was able to think new ideas
about any topics. She was the smartest student in my class.
On other hand, she overestimates her multiple skills sometimes. Despite of that she can
work in a team, especially if her classmates are as hard-working as her.
This program is very intensive and students often have to work under high pressure.
How do you think the applicant will cope under these conditions? Please comment on
the applicants relevant intellectual and administrative competencies, ability to work
with others, ability to communicate orally, imagination and creativity, and any other
personal qualities that you believe would be helpful to the Admissions Committee
when considering this individual's.

I am completely sure she will be able for coping with this program. She is able for working
under high pressure. In fact, I remember that people looked out for her if they felt
something was wrong with their studies or job. And she could solve tricky problems and
could find solutions for issues. She has great ability to work with imagination and

creativity. She enjoys resolving complex situations, and she always has new and unusual
ideas. She can see causal relationship quickly, connected or separated relationship among
process or event. And she enjoyed when she worked with others.
