It gives me immense pleasure to write this recommendation for my student xx xx. I have
taught her in the 3rd, 4th and 5th semesters and have a good idea of her abilities and
achievements to recommend her. The subjects I taught her were Corporate Finance I and II,
in which she was exceptionally good scoring 89.5% overall and ranked amongst the top 3 in
the class
She has been a very hardworking student and submits all her assignments and projects
before the deadline. She is very good to work within a team and also works well on her own. I
am confident she will be a good leader as well because she understands people around
her and assigns work based on their strengths and weaknesses.
XX has been one of the most punctual students in my class; she is always on time for lectures
and readily waits beyond lectures to gain additional knowledge. She helps students in her class
with their queries and assists them to solve the problem. She makes it a point to read out of her
curriculum and share her knowledge with her classmates. Her questions asked in the class
always help other students learn out of the box
She has always shown interest to learn, and took up an internship at Ernst and Young LLP under
the Lead Advisory team. This internship gave her an idea about how the real world functions
and brought about interest in her to work harder to work in the company she likes. This
internship improved her skills and confidence level and made her more knowledgeable amongst
others.
I am very happy with her decision to pursue her post graduate studies at your university.
This experience of studying abroad will shape her as an individual and a good professional. I
