In your opinion, what other responsibilities are students expected to perform

before, during, and after the immersion?

Before: Asides from complying with all the pre-deployment requirements (such as
attending general orientations, creating and submitting a resume, and completing
written exams), a student must also have the responsibility of being dependable and
trustworthy. They must be hardworking, effective communicators, and be regular in
attending classes prior to their deployment. They must also have the necessary traits
expected of them as a Senior High School student, such as being respectful, critical
thinkers, and knowing how to initiate and maintain relationships with their teachers and
peers.

During: A student, aside from demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm in their

workplace and completing all their required tasks, must also be willing to display
cooperation and collaboration towards others in their work immersion venue. They must
be productive and resilient, and know how to work under pressure and how to deliver
the output expected of them. Furthermore, they must be good communicators and know
how to empathize and be considerate to others, as well as knowing how to come up
with creative and effective solutions to problems that may arise. Above all, they must be
professional and punctual.

After: A student must continue to maintain good relations with their work immersion
focal persons and their work immersion teacher, as well as knowing how to apply what
they've learned during their deployment in their everyday life. They must also participate
in post-immersion activities and submit all requirements to their teacher.

How might these other responsibilities influence the learning challenges

you will engage in?

These other responsibilities may put more pressure on a student to perform well, but it
is still necessary since it's for their own benefit. For instance, a student with a more
introverted personality may find it a challenge to engage with others in their work
immersion venue, but they must still step outside their comfort zone and be cooperative
and friendly as it will benefit them in the long-run. Another example is if a student has
trouble with being on time, then they must take initiative to change and be more
responsible to demonstrate a professional attitude since this will help them in their
higher education and future career as well.
