Progressive Rock

Climbing

What to Expect
This is a progressive climbing series to teach participants the
fundamentals of rock climbing. We will start the series at the
indoor climbing wall at the National Ability Center. On this day we
will work on understanding the basics of climbing

communication, harnesses and knots as well as having fun on the


walls. Day Two, we will move to the Mine Bouldering Gym located
in Kimball Junction. This is the day we will introduce and work on

National Ability Center Ranchthe basic climbing movements to promote efficient climbing. The

third day of the climbing series will be back at the National Ability
