Give your name and business major

Give overview of your company in terms of what


they are doing versus a glimpse of what you
recommend they do

If showing or wearing products of your company,


mention relevance, to capture interest.

Tell how/why you are changing the firms
vision/mission, if any, in light of your
recommendations.

Reveal in your proposed mission your firms


distinctive competence or competitive
advantage (self concept), versus rival firms.

Among your 20 strengths/weaknesses, highlight


ones that lead most directly to your
recommendations.

Your internal factors should be divisional,


quantitative, and actionable to the extent
possible. Avoid vagueness, such as revenues
are increasing.

Among your 20 opportunities/threats,
highlight ones that lead most directly to
your recommendations.

manufacturing plants in Mexico.

property/plant/equipment as per changes expected
given your recommendations.
