    Intragency EPA email from David Albright to Aaron Setran regarding giving NDEP monitoring information after the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection visited Pine View and noted a sewage leak. This was the second time NDEP had visited Pine View, which is on tribal allotment (federal trust land). Sent on 10/10/08 at 1:06 p.m. In an email, Aaron Setran wrote, "NDEP is asking for Pineview's monitoring data........not sure about this? Do we share such data..." Text in the email and other emails on the thread was redacted by the EPA, which withheld the information under Freedom of Information Act Exemption (b)5 for attorney-client privilege, deliberative process, or attorney work product.
