    Intra-agency EPA email from Aaron Setran to David Wallis regarding type of testing to to at Pineview. Email sent 11/03/09 at 8:44 a.m. In the first email, Mr. Wallis asked if Mr. Setran had a list of analysis parameters and locations that he would like to have sampled. Mr. Wallis stated that he did not see a discharge permit for Pine View, but would come up with a suggested frequency and duration as they had discussed. One cell number in the first email was redacted by the EPA, which withheld the information under Freedom of Information Act Exemption (b)6 for privacy reasons.
