IT Technical Analyst Sr, Wintel Engineering

Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced techniques and processes such as clustering, VMWare

definition, Bladelogic, etc. and incorporate them into complex business solutions.
Managed Active Directory security configurations and GPO policies.
Deploy security policies and harden Windows OS on non-compliant live servers.
Develop documentation, project plans and work flow processes for related
projects.
Develop procedures and processes for hardware, software and applications.
Provide direct liaison with the customer for all technical discussions and issues.
Oversee IT professionals, consultants and/or vendors on project teams for new
configurations and/or releases.
Handle moderate to complex problem resolution without escalation and with
minimal supervision.
May instruct, direct, and check the work of less experienced staff.
Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
To provide design and implementation support for Open Systems environment
specializing in Windows OS.

Requirements:

4 years systems engineering experience, including 2 years experiences in large

to enterprise environments and/or open systems environment performing
installation, configuration, and troubleshooting duties.
Experienced working in or with financial institutions with heavy regulatory
requirements.
Willing to work US day shift.
Willing to work weekends (Wed Sunday/ Thursday Monday)
