In the proposed chart we do not want the data entry operator to be just entering
data manually. He has to verify the insurance, refilling status and in turn consult
with the customers before he leaves. This can reduce the burden of the inside
office paramedics to check for insurances and other details.
Second we would propose to do the DUR check after the prescription and
insurance stages are cleared, because depending upon the formalities by
insurance employees we can change the prescription accordingly in DUR and can
also consult the same with patients. And finally after that we can move to
production and QA.
